We swiftly process orders, so changes or cancellations need to be made as soon as possible after placing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests made after your product has been shipped. However, you can return the received order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.

In case of incorrect, missing, or defective merchandise, please contact us. Include your order number and photos of the items, along with all related information upon receiving your package. We will resolve your problem as soon as possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, the refund will be sent to the issuing bank within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item or cancellation request. Contact your bank for queries about the posting of the credit. If the refund hasn't appeared yet, reach out to your bank or credit card company, as it might take some time to show up in your account.
