Delivery

All orders are handled and shipped out from our office in Miami Beach. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Additionally, please note that we don't ship on weekends.

  • Rivo is not responsible or liable for:
    • Delays in shipment due to carrier issues (USPS, UPS or FedEx), holiday seasons, high-traffic periods, customs hold-ups, severe weather, or unforeseen natural events.
    • Loss, theft, or harm to goods after they are transferred to the shipping carrier. Responsibility for the package and its contents shifts to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier by Rivo.
    • Incorrect or incomplete address details. Customers must ensure they provide correct address data and inform Rivo immediately in case of any errors.
  • It's not possible to declare customs forms as a "gift" or understate the commercial value to dodge or lessen import duties, taxes, or customs charges.
  • International clients must pay all duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by their country for imported items.
